Each Zenoware Product are documented and tested as if every product was designed for government use even if the product is released to an individual. The reason for this is the requirements made by government contracts for software documentation and testing is solid. Each service based product follows an Agile-like development approach where sprints of the product are introduced with, of course, documentation.

The CSMS is Zenoware's flagship product. This product allows the user to completely interact with the calculations of every metric initially included in the package. This has a huge advantage that there is no guessing how the metric calculation has been derived. In addition, we also allow users to create their own metrics they believe to work for their current process. The user has complete access to the code model and auto-complete capability to help create custom metrics on the fly. As the product evolves, more options will be introduced, such as ability to test for known vulnerabilities and generate more code-coverage unit tests.

Currently, CSMS supports common source code: C, C++, C#, and Java. The goal is to introduce more languages, such as scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, Javascript), query languages (SQL), Web-based languages (HTML, CSS, and PHP), and others (VB, Objective-C).

Future releases of CSMS will also include a command-line version which will tie in popular source control solutions (such as TFS), allow metric reports to be built via command-line allowing per check-in or per build generation, and a web-based portal allowing simple access to configure metrics reports and give access to graphical reports.

For each of our product, we offer contracts based off services as well as consulting on software metrics and software processes. One popular service we offer is running our CSMS product and generating reports for customers on request. This works well for customers whom do not have the infrastructure to support time and effort on setting up our product on their machines. This approach also has added benefits such as no additional costs to new releases of the CSMS product line. We also offer extension services such as vulnerability scanning and source control consulting.

Another service plan we supply is support extensions to the default contract on the purchase of the CSMS Elite Package. This will allow customers to get our support for creating new metrics and generating custom reports.

At the start of Solomon Software Solutions, LLC (the original company name of Zenoware, LLC), web services were a means to generate the startup funds needed to create the CSMS product. While we plan on phasing out this part of our business, we still support current customers with our web services and will use this knowledge to support the web portal for CSMS.
